I needed to make business cards but the online process didn’t allow me to make any adjustments after I designed the card in Canva and uploaded it to your online system but couldn’t adjust the card in the template the blue perforated lines made me feel that I was outside of the lines if I could have been able to adjust away from the line I could have saved myself a trip to your store.

When I arrived at Fedex office, Gretchen helped me and was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. She understood the urgency of my request and was able to get my order done quickly by the next morning. She called to let me know it was done and then suggested she separate the electronic file into 3 pieces in case the single file was too big to email. I appreciated this suggestion and agreed. When I went back to pick up my order, she took the time to plug in the flash drive and go through each file to check and see that all of the documents were there. She was professional and very helpful.

Gretchen was amazing, made recommendations, ran test copies and made a final recommendation on the final way to proceed. The color turned out wonderfully and my granddaughter was thrilled. I was extremely impressed with Gretchen!
