    In the past I had a company account and used Fed Ex to send our equipment (trailer load) to the Calgary Olympics the fastest way you could. It was shipped from the Philadelphia. PA area to the Calgary Olympics drop off spot for our company. There was a day that the equipment had to be delivered there, “No Later”. Your manager gave me the date they had to leave our factory and we left our companies future in your hands. Fed Ed got the equipment through customs extremely quick and got our equipment to us two days earlier than expected. The Calgary Olympics was our first international event. The start of my wife’s and my company. All of our companies and us have been and will remain loyal customers. But, it does cost a lot more today to ship packages and envelopes than it did back in 1988.

    After the order was placed, it needed to be resized. Within 10 min of my leaving the store, I called to give the correct size needed. A male employee refused to cancel my order and spoke in a very condescending tone in regard to my request. I asked to speak with the Manager and spent several minutes explaining why the print needed to be resized. After being told I could not cancel for a new order, I informed her I would go to another office for print. I was told, “ we can’t tell you what to do.” I reasoned that it made more sense for that office to complete a new order than my going to a different office. I was told they would discard my print, but not initiate a new order. After hanging up the phone, the Manager called back and agreed to resize the print for pickup the following day. I was pleased with the outcome, but upset with having to reason and argue because the first order had been completed within 5 minutes of my leaving the store rather than a timeframe that aligned with pickup the fill day. In that regard, I feel that the Manager should have understood and agreed to resize. Especially since the team member who helped me did not share information needed to select the proper size when the first order was placed. And if they were just gonna discard the the original order anyway, I should’ve been allowed to request a new order without having to debate the issue and certainly not be spoken to in a hostile manner by a team member for needing to resize my order request.

    Being serviced in the store was great, but my package was delivered to the wrong address, and the house that my package was delivered to opened my package and took the contents out and then left the package on my parents doorstep. I highly upset about that and I would like to be refunded the money I spent on delivery and the contents in the package
