    Paid $58 for overnight shipping. The package was not delivered 48 hours later. By then the recipient was no longer at the location and never received the package. Totally stole $58 from me because of nonperformance. Shady!!!!!

    The overall product and service while expensive was as expected and worked well. The attitude of the manager was quite off putting. He didn’t care to be bothered and more or less said as much. The staff member even said he had to rush whether we’re doing because the manager wanted him doing something else. This was on one visit while another the staff member was helping me and was being interrupted and misspelled the delivery instructions. The manager was also making comments under his breadth about being open all night because I came in near close.

    The manager at this store is always so helpful—as are the rest of the staff. They always have my orders completed perfectly, ahead of time and have always been great about small adjustments when I have had changes—even at the last minute.

    Rob, whom I believe is the Store Manager, was very helpful. Even though he was busy in the copy center he assisted me right away. He patiently entered all shipping information correctly and made sure everything was right. He provided me with a delivery date and pointed out the tracking number on my receipt. He was great! Happy Easter!
