    It was my first time at this location and I didn’t know how to use it. I had already come from a UPS Service Access Kiosk that quickly told me they couldn’t help unless I printed a label and came back so I want optimistic about trying a second option as it was getting late and very icy on the roads (got into a minor accident on the way home, actually) but the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get a label printed and help me handle the whole process. Thank you!

    Pkg was supposed to arrive on Monday September 16. Mixup changed to 9/23 wife was flying home from Chile on the 23rd. Didn’t notice date change until I got home. Store was closed and closed on Sunday. Attempted to get it corrected. Nope. Bye,bye $356.
