That there’s only one image per side. What sense does that make? He printed on single side. Left out files. Duplicated others. I was there an hour past closing because he had to redo it all. He had to print each file separately and walk over and grab it. One by one it took forever. The staff is not at all trained to provide printing services and I will never again come here.

Nicole, at the store on Eureka Rd in Taylor, MI was awesome. We had very specific details that needed to be on each package and she was very friendly and helpful. We will drive out of our way to go back to the Taylor location.

I have great appreciation for Dan and Kim as they supported me in completing my print project Even though I could have printed only 20 copies and left and returned, he allowed me to complete the project so that I don’t have to do that. It’s employees like that Dan and Kim that provide great customer experiences, service excellence and really have you want to return to their place of business.
