Very thoughtful for I did not consider it in my haste, but she was thinking proactively. Her customer service was special, and she provide me some of those form I can use in the future when I've not taken the time to go online and initiate a shipper. That was thoughtful as well. Her demeanor was also welcoming. My first time in that location and I'll be back to the Taylor location.
