I would not know that, and as I started asking questions about when is the earliest a packet can be delivered to NY, her response was a very Kurt “mam, I have not logged into the system”. A simple “just give me a moment, I will let you know” would have been a better response, and would have made my experience much better. I needed package to be delivered that night and I was anxious if that was possible and her attitude did not help with the situation.

In my experience, this is the only location that requires customers, including representatives of large corporations, to tape their own packages while also charging for the service. One employee, Lynne, has been particularly unpleasant during multiple interactions. When I arrive with one or more printing codes, she appears visibly frustrated and often provides me with tape rather than assisting with the packaging process. While I am taping my packages, she typically attends to other tasks, such as opening boxes or working at the computer, instead of offering customer support. These repeated experiences have made visits to this location frustrating and disappointing.
