We encountered severe weather incl. a tornado warning, and Justin went out of his way to contact us to give us a weather warning on our commute. This is the perfect example of "above & beyond" service. Additionally he apologized (before I even saw the product) for a few slight difficulties he had in following our very specific instructions and so applied a discount for not meeting our expectations. His sincere and honest approach to service is top notch.

He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He has helped me before and he always goes out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I will definitely be back for any printing needs. This is by far the best place to get your Print and shipping done all in one convenient location. Val and the others there are wonderful to work with and always accommodating. Other print/ship locations in the area could learn a thing or two from this team!

A long line of people behind me needing The copier. Both of the paper trays were empty in the middle of my copying. So I had to go get assistance for the second time. I only did half of the copying that I would have liked to do because of the long line of people behind me. I felt guilty holding up those people and even walking into that store. It will never happen again.

When I arrived at the store, Val informed me that she needed the document in a PDF and then promptly printed it!! It was extremely quick and convenient!! Val was extremely helpful!!
