Scott called me to tell me the order was done that I had emailed in, and when I walked in, Cris greeted me and delivered the printing!

The experience was fine when I entered the store and purchased a water and picked up my shirts. However, it quickly changed after making my signs on my laptop. I asked for assistance on how to use the copier so that I can print my own signs. And the lady suggested that I use, her behind the counter machines because it will be prettier so I said OK. She did not tell me that the copies would cost more that I will get a surcharge and all these other fees so after she gave me my order and I went to pay I questioned why was everything so much . She was not polite and explaining to me why she encouraged me to come to her when I could’ve just did it myself. I thought she was being nice and just wanted to print them for me so that I can get out of the store, however, she sold me without telling me the price before printing them , and she tried to charge me several times the same amount for something I really still don’t even understand what she was talking about. After I had a concern and mention that I didn’t have that to pay, she then started whispering to her other colleagues and walked away from the register. She adjusted one of the rates, but not the others and I really want to cancel everything but because I’m pressed for time and my event is today I had no choice but to pay it. She left me knowing that I said I still had another single page that I wanted to print, but she ignored me and I had to ask the others for help, I will never go to the store again whispering to the other colleagues. The one white lady treat me very nasty. She never smiled, and then she tried to charge me a surcharge, and I told her it was still a continuation from my last project before the other lady walked off up abruptly. One time did the lady tell me oh I’m sorry or apologize for not explaining in depth. I will take this to corporate if I have to because of the way I feel knowing that I told her I got off airplane and I’m exhausted. They chose to do what they did today.

As Always, Scott does an excellent job communicating with me to ensure that he understands my needs and wants. I appreciate his attention to detail and taking the extra steps to go above and beyond to deliver the “Purple Promise!” I am a FedEx employee in FedEx services and when I need a print job, I only go to this location because of Scott. I just know he will get done correct, and/or support his team and instruct them accordingly. Great team work at this office.

I sent my order in last night after hours, and this morning it was completed perfectly, I was called, and I picked it up with no waiting at any time. Great service as usual. Bravo to Scott and the rest of the team!

I was trying to place an order online (and needed it the same day), but I couldn't get the site to work. I took my laptop to this store where I met Tiffany, who was so helpful and patient as we worked through the tech issue and found a way to make it work. She was so kind and helpful and she truly went above and beyond. You are fortunate to have Tiffany at this store, as are your customers! I will definitely be back anytime I need something done. Scott at the FedEx print location quickly, printed my order and called me a few hours before the expected completion time. While on the phone, Scott was very polite and upbeat. When I went to pick up the prints, he wanted to make sure that they were right before I left, very helpful associate.

I went in to get my passport photo taken and they were very helpful and got it taken care of immediately. Everyone was very nice told me good morning and to have a good day.

Tiffany S. helped my son make his lawn mowing brochures for a summer job. She was so sweet! We went home and found a typo. When we returned she printed them again for free! She went above and beyond to make my son feel like a real customer! He's 12.
