I used screenshots for order details and online pricing was in the screen shots. Since I could not pay online, I had to get in line. The line barely moves and took a long time. Once it was my turn the person could not charge me same prices I found online. Having already waited a long time, I did not want to wait any longer for them to get assistance from a more experienced person. So I overpaid and left. The base rate was wrong. Promo code wasn't significant and the only reason I had a promo code was because of online troubleshooting I did trying to place an original online order. The two workers there that day had great attitudes and very professional. Just had customers with complicated situations that took a long time each.

I said all but two words and he made unnecessary comments about my prints, trying to make small talk etc. He ended up being completely disrespectful to me, a customer, probably because I would not engage with him and i'm not obgligated to. Do better. I'll be going to office depot next time.
