If it wasn't for her going above and beyond helping me with my shipping issue I would have left FedEx and went back to the US postal service location in downtown Rochester. She spent time with me and made everything work. As a business owner, I only hope to hire employees like Sylvia. She made sure the customer was taken care of and didn't leave without the issue being resolved. Her creative thinking made sure I accomplished my goal and now I am way more likely to just come to FedEx office in Rochester for service versus the post office. Sylvia is very friendly and I thank her for her help. A+ employee.
