I was in a hurry and there was a lineup. Each of us were patient but I was thinking I should have gone to USPS or UPS. There is more staff to make the lines move faster.

I stood at the counter, waiting for them to finish their conversation before they finally walked over to help me after he was done helping there were other customers walking in, so I never saw him seal up my package and put the Fedex sticker on the box that part I did not like, but I had to just be patient and hope that my shipment get to its destination with everything in there moving forward I would like to see my package taped up and ready to go before I walk out the door, not thrown on the counter with the label next to it so they can help the next person. I already had to stand there and wait till the two coworkers were done having their conversation before someone walked over so for me that’s unacceptable but that’s not going to stop me from using Fedex just the store needs better customer service once a customer walks in.
