I tried to call to tell you this is not the correct number but was unable to figure out how to reach a human being to let them know. Survey score has nothing to do with whatever order was printed for whoever ordered it so you would need to resend to the correct phone number to get the feedback from the actual customer. She is friendly and efficient. She has helped me before & I will always come to her first to take care of my printing requirements. She is the best. If I were not retired and still had my own company, I would hire her in a heartbeat.
