    Customer service rep that prepared my package to ship was unhelpful and argumentative in answering the questionnaire about package contents. I selected my answer and she made me go back and start over saying I needed to re-do it. When I was confused because I thought I had answered everything as needed and I asked follow up questions to try and understand what she was asking me to do, she said “I cannot help you with that.” I proceeded without understanding what the issue was and re-answered all questions and confirmations as I originally did because she would not clarify. I’ve shipped with FedEx many times and never had someone be so argumentative while also unhelpful during this portion of the transaction.

    if weather was going to be a factor the store should NOT allow me to purchase 2 day service. my shipment took 7 days when I paid for 2 day + Saturday delivery.

    Shipping my package was over $42. I thought that was so expensive because I sent a slightly smaller package both in size and weight and it cost $16-$18. And it was to the same address.

    The woman who helped me suggested I send my daughter’s new phones without to the FedEx location. She looked up my daughter’s address and said it was less than a mile away. This way she didn’t have to miss class waiting for the package. Huge help and offered a great solution I would have never thought of. She was very upbeat and great personality. Nice job!

    There were no automatic doors at the entrance to this store, and I had several large rugs to ship, so it was difficult to get the packages to the desk. The entrance is also angled, which makes it even more difficult to manipulate large packages and people coming and going I would think Electrical automatic door would be essential to this type of business, especially
