    This is the first time I have had an issue shipping here, but it has been a complete failure. I brought the package in with the address clearly written. He entered it an incorrectly and asked me to verify. I told him I did not have my readers with me, but I read what I thought I was comparing to the blown up address on the zoomed in screen on my phone out loud. He did NOT correct me when I read it out loud. He had changed the 5 in the address to “S” for south, making the address invalid and undeliverable. When I called to follow up on why the package wasn’t delivered, in order to correct, I had to either drive back to the store (next town over) or set up an account on line. I opted for setting up an account. After doing so I was informed 1) I may be billed to correct the address issue and 2) it would most likely not be delivered until next week. This was a gift for someone coming home from having a surgical procedure to help them feel comfortable in the initial days of recovery so not getting there until Monday would miss that completely. I was on the phone for over 35 minutes and transferred 4 times without confirmation of when this would be resolved. I am extremely disappointed in this customer service. I will think twice before I use FedEx again.
