    Worked with several team members. There was confusion about what the printing cost. There were additional charges that were added that I was not told about at the time of purchase. The quality of the print was not bold, it looked faded. I expressed this to the team member and he just blew me off. Like - it is what it is. I was on a deadline and did not have time for a do- over. In the past I have been satisfied with the service and completed product . Not this time.

    I needed a return address envelope to be included with the many documents I needed to send out. Was told that I needed an account to do that, so went to workstation to open one and then returned to ship them finally, and the gentleman told me that THEY COULD ONLY BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER, TO ME!!! I had shown him a UPS return envelope sent to me to return to an address DIFFERENT FROM SENDERS before we began the shipment attempt, so he knew that need and yet told me only that I needed to open an account to do that, which I wasted time doing. I LEFT VERY UPSET AND LOST THE PICKUP WINDOW AND NO SHIPMENT GOT OUT AS NEEDED! I went to UPS and sent from there the next day. Never shipping Fedex again! The man was unfamiliar and new at this, and lady coached him through it, but neither one explained that no return addressed envelope enclosure could be addressed to no one but the sender!!!!! I could not get a return envelope at UPS store, only businesses do those, but they KNEW and understood what I needed and explained quickly and easily that they could not help with return envelope at all. Had Fedex told me that, I would have just shipped them there, ON TIME, and not gone to create the useless account!!! Spent way less at UPS as well for same delivery timeline!

    I had many pages printed. Asked for 16 prints at first and then called as asked to change to 12 of each. A note was left asking for the change. I made my 12 books and am now left with a box full of pages. 191.00 was the order.

    I really didn’t know how to do a project like this, but I got some great tips from the staff. I ended up using Canva and then the staff help me take it from there. Great value and of super professional look.

    The woman who helped me, she had long hair and a super positive attitude, I think she said she lives in Richfield, anyway, she was incredibly knowledgeable and capable. Made me feel like I made the absolute right decision to ship my valuable document with Fedex Office. If you have a whole company of people like her, you can accomplish anything. Thank you!

    Rahlik was exceptionally friendly and help me print my items very quickly. The copier was tied up with another customer and the other was out of order. I really appreciate him helping me print and go along with other items instead of me waiting for a long period of time. Kudos to Rahlik.. It was certainly well aware of all customers that needed assistance right away.
