The only thing that was frustrating was that they never called me to tell me that the order was finished. I could have picked it up 2-3 days earlier if they had called. I had to call them to find out if it was finished. The clerk who responded told me that he just didn’t have time to call me. It takes like 20 seconds.

I was told the total would be $1.70 per page and that would equal 30 5x7 and then would be ready to pick up the next day as individual 5x7’s. I was out of town and my staff member picked them up and I was charged almost $60 much more than what the total I was quoted at $1.70 per page. I would like a credit for the difference and I wanted to use your store for all of my 5x7 printing weekly.
