I looked at it with the employee when I placed the order. He was unsure if they could print on the labels I brought because they're smaller than 8.5x11 (6x4), I confirmed that I had been in touch via email with the store manager. I told him to contact me if there were any issues or questions while printing. I followed up the next day to make sure everything was printing fine and ask if they had any questions. I was told the order was ready, so I went to pick it up, and saw that they had been printed with a white border, which is not how it was intended to look. I asked why there was a border and was told that everything they print at the store needs to have a border. I asked why no one told me this when I placed the order. If they can see that the design file I provided, which was created in the template for the labels, will not ultimately look like I've asked for it to look, I can't understand why I wasn't told before printing all 120 labels. These were ultimately unusable because they're not what we asked for and not what our client asked for, so I had to go print them somewhere else.

I had the only copy of my father’s autobiography and wanted to have copies made for my siblings. The employee helped me make a copy to keep and then the original was kept for copies to be made and bound over a few days. I asked for and for advice on how most securely to have them bound. Everything went smoothly.
