I don't have an order associated with my account (that I have a receipt for and tracking number for), and the package, which I paid an extreme premium for, didn't arrive on the promised date; when my company promises something, we keep that promise, even if it's cost prohibitive to us. The tone of the conversation communicated that this sort of thing happens all the time. Pretty disappointing for the price and the perceived service.
