    I’m the typical sweet little old lady. 74 years old and walk with a cane. Obvious to anyone is that I’m in a lot of pain and walking is difficult. I walked into the store and went straight ahead to the desk where I have sent packages from in the past. I waited a few seconds, no one came up to the desk, and then looked around me to find a man at the other end of the counters motioning me to come to him. It’s difficult for me to walk (obviously, I use a cane). I walked over to where he was and I set the package down that I wanted to send and he looked at it like I was mistaken for being there and trying to send the package but, then, he walked left me and walked across the counters to the far end where I had originally gone to when I came in the store, and beckoned me to come back there. He never said anything to me. He just motioned. I showed him my bar code and he printed the label. He asked me if I wanted a receipt. (Wouldn’t that be something someone would always want when mailing something?). This was the first time he said anything to me. I replied yes and he literally tossed the receipt at me and walked away. I have never seen the likes of this kind of service. I certainly didn’t do anything to warrant this kind of behavior from him. I usually don’t like to complain about someone but this man has it coming.

    Great service at the front and helped me with my shipment! Employee made sure everything was packed neatly and efficiently and was able to process my payment manually as this was a business expense so that was great!

    It beats having to buy printer ink. Whenever I go to FedEx, it is an easy process and staff are very helpful. I will say though that they could do with one more self-service printer. There are only two and things can get backed up.

    I was on crutches and RAHLIK went to my car to get a very heavy return package and bring it in and process the return. I could not have done it without him. And, Kelsey, was so nice and helpful also.
