    The gentleman who assisted me to ship my documents next day, had a name tag which said "General Manager." He helped me to find fair pricing options for next day shipping with tracking that I needed. However, he did mistype two items and I was able to have him correct them after I carefully checked his entries. He kindly corrected the errors and thanked me for checking. The self-serve print and copy stations were easy to use, and I like the pens, paperclips and scratch paper available. I also bought Post-It notes, which I am glad you had in stock because I needed them to help stay organized. Thank you and keep up the good work!

    Eric was extremely helpful when I called in to ask some questions, having great suggestions with the products to offer. Steve was wonderful to work with when I sent in my picture for printing. They were both very friendly and wonderful to work with! It made for an awesome experience.

    I brought in two packages in identical boxes, clearly labelled with different mailing addresses printed out and taped to the top of the boxes. Both packages were sent to the same address, despite both being clearly labelled with different addresses. I did not discover this until checking the tracking numbers before sending them to the recipient. I struggled to get in touch with a live customer service representative, but when I eventually did I was able to get the package re-routed. Customer service said that I will be charged a fee for this, but I disputed this, saying it was the fault of FedEx staff that it was sent to the incorrect address. It is unclear to me if I will be charged or not. Due to the similarities between the packages, I am unsure if I re-routed the correct package.
