My materials were organized with dividing papers, and the quality was excellent even on standard paper. I was also very pleased with the mailing I did today. It reminded me of the time I needed to ship 4 Easter baskets last to family that had COVID, and could not come to visit. The staff has been top notch dedicated to quality, and I must say I also felt compassion from the employee who helped me the day I shipped Easter baskets. This is another example of how the staff goes above and beyond to serve customers. I just felt I had to commend the services at this FedEx location.

Amy N also provided excellent service when I picked my calendars up on Saturday. Earlier in the week I had gone to an Office Max near my house. The person in the print shop there told me he could NOT help me and that I had to place the order on line. I tried, but it was impossible to make adjustments to the calendar to meet my needs AND the whole process seemed more to designed to get me to sign up for their Rewards program. I gave up in frustration, and tried FedEx, where as I explained,I received stellar service.
