    I had 3 posters made, all the same art & text, all 24”x36”; two were on foam core, 1 on outdoor vinyl.The person who originally helped me was very helpful and pleasant. When I picked them up, there were no plastic corners on the foam core, and now when I went back and got them, they cover the grommets. And I assumed that outdoor vinyl meant they would not stain. Well, someone spilled some coffee on that poster and it left a stain that cannot be removed. I returned the poster today, and a different person tried using an eraser and that did not work. I feel you are misleading when you promote “outdoor” material - my assumption is that it would repel stains. Very disappointed in that performance of outdoor material was not communicated!!!

    I don’t use your print services as much as I used to. The online ordering could be better. And every time I get to the store, they don’t seem to know where my order is. Maybe that process needs improvement.

    The store visit was fine except apparently they marked the package that it should be held which complicated the ability to connect my package to the intemddd recipient after THREE failed delivery attempts

    It took over an hour to submit a full service print job for yard signs which took about 10 minutes last year. These were for a charity golf tournament and were hole sponsorships. When I picked up the order, all signs were taped to cardboard for transport. The day of the event we realized every sign had the same print instead of each sign being different. I need to return these and lost a hole sponsorships for my charity as a result.

    The people I worked with were all very good and helpful. My only concern was that the pricing of surcharges was so opaque and non-sensical, even extending onto the FedEx website where there was no ability to confirm or estimate the cost of surcharges based on location or shipping distance. Very frustrating!

    This was my first time using FedX. So naturally I had few questions . Male clerk was rude and short tempered. Was not helpful. Told him I was shipping to Jamaica so he pulled it up and asked which location and mentioned Kingston , Savanna La Mar or Montego Bay. I told him Savanna La Mar. I thought the address popped up along with the location but he said nope you need to get it so I had to step out of line and look up shipping address to FedX office in Savanna La Mar Jamaica then wait in line to finish transaction. Maybe your system didn’t have address but seems to me being a shipping company the computer would have had the information. Either way, the guy was rude, no eye contact, seemed very annoyed. Didn’t even say thank you. Totally ignored me and went on to next customer. Don’t know if I will use this location again. I was not confident that my package would be delivered correctly.
