    The gentleman who assisted me has been at this location for a longtime and is always so helpful. He went as far as offering to make my request better without being asked or knowing it was an option to enhance the printed item. Unfortunately due to the file he was not able to adjust the file. I appreciate his thoughtfulness to even try & recommend.

    I went early so parking wasn’t a problem. The downtown location is the only early open site. I work crazy hours, 8:30-6. So this was my only option

    The printing turned out how I wanted. However, Debbie was difficult to work with. I called beforehand because I had never used FedEx printing before and asked Debbie if what I needed printed was possible, and she stated, “this is Fedex printing and shipping… what makes you think we wouldn’t be able to print?” in a very sarcastic tone. Later in the conversation I asked if they normally do same-day printing and she stated “how am I possibly supposed to answer that when you haven’t sent what you want printed yet?” in the same sarcastic tone. I felt uncomfortable asking her questions about a service I hadn’t used before.

    Something unexpected was happening, the system for shipping was going down, I wait one hour or so until it came back to work!! All the other procedures were fine!!

    Customer service was horrible. They were rude, unfriendly, and didn’t communicate when printing jobs were finished. They acted like I was wasting their time when I was paying them for a service.
