I called beforehand because I had never used FedEx printing before and asked Debbie if what I needed printed was possible, and she stated, “this is Fedex printing and shipping… what makes you think we wouldn’t be able to print?” in a very sarcastic tone. Later in the conversation I asked if they normally do same-day printing and she stated “how am I possibly supposed to answer that when you haven’t sent what you want printed yet?” in the same sarcastic tone. I felt uncomfortable asking her questions about a service I hadn’t used before.
