    After checking on my fax order yesterday evening and being dismissed by employee, Debbie was a breath of fresh air and made my experience personal and enjoyable. She provided me with all the necessary privacy my fax materials needed and was very friendly and empathetic to the divorce I am going through. Give her a raise!!

    My only feedback is that it was frustrating to try to call for information about my printing order. I was stuck in voice mail where the system erroneously thought I was calling about a package, and there was no way to back up and correct this, so I had to hang up and go through the whole call again. I finally reached a person, who I thought was someone in my local store, but from our interactions I figured out that she was not. I wish it were easier to call and get the status of my printing job, OR that there was a way to check this online.

    Debbie did a great job including my son in his school report printing. She made sure he was happy with the report before finalizing. I don’t usually write feedback but she was awesome!

    Debbie was fabulous and went above and beyond in helping us. Not only did our job look great; she helped us make decisions to make the most of our budget. But most impressive is how Debbie worked directly with a teen customer when she started to get overwhelmed with choices/decisions. Debbie was calm and empowering of a teen - that speaks so much of her professionally and personally. Debbie is the absolute gold standard in customer service!

    I ordered a 3x4 foot print in glossy stock and they printed my order in matte because they ran out of the glossy stock. I was not notified upon pickup that the paper was changed. I then called later in the week and asked for a reprint because it was not what I ordered and they refused although they had glossy paper in stock.
