After the third party store insisted the amount was correct I made the mistake of shipping through them. I later called Cathy to verify the amount and she helped me settle the matter with the third party vendor. She went out of her way to help me and was also concerned that FedEx was losing business due to the incorrect pricing. I will be calling FedEx to discuss the third party issue, but I greatly appreciate the extra effort made by Cathy.
