    My shipment was delivered to the wrong address. Somehow it was delivered to an old address which she hadn’t lived add for years. She had to get o to her car and go pickup the package after the recipient texted her and me. The phone numbers she used should have been confidential. I would have thought FedEx would have office to retrieve the item and taken it to her.

    I paid extra to get a expedited experience. Package was supposed to be delivered on Dec 21. Still is delayed. Going to miss my window of delivery.

    I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped me. He was very helpful and even made a suggestion that I didn’t know was even an option. He was very kind during the whole transaction. Customer service is very hard to come by these days. I felt like he went above and beyond to help me ship my package.

    I went to the fed ex in Walmart on church road in Kansas City and the lady helping me there was so nice! She was super helpful and really cute with my two year old daughter, too.

    I use that store often, either the man or the lady waits on me. Both are very professional and friendly. I paid for a two-day delivery to South missouri. It got there the next day. Which made me very very happy.

    I was charged over $82 at a third part FedEx vendor for what cost less than $12 to ship at the FedEx store. After the third party store insisted the amount was correct I made the mistake of shipping through them. I later called Cathy to verify the amount and she helped me settle the matter with the third party vendor. She went out of her way to help me and was also concerned that FedEx was losing business due to the incorrect pricing. I will be calling FedEx to discuss the third party issue, but I greatly appreciate the extra effort made by Cathy.

    Your team members are always kind and courteous even when they are working alone and have a crazy long line. They always make sure we know all of are options for printing, types of paper, etc.

    Brian I think his name is was excitable. When I asked for a moment to double check things he paused for me. Then he went back to his happy self. It’s good for customer service to acknowledge customers temperament and know how to adjust.

    The lady who waited on me was very friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. I can say the same thing about each of FedEx employees who have waited on me in the past. I appreciate having a place to mail packages near my home and I don't have to mess with the incompetent USPS.
