    My package was mailed 9 day’s ago and it has been sitting in Austell, Ga for the last four day’s. I talked to someone on the 1-800# yesterday and I haven’t heard back about when my package will be delivered to my daughters house in Douglasville.

    The driver left the package at the door and left. He didn’t wait for anyone and the package required a direct signature. Also it was a day late. The website said it was out for delivery on the scheduled day… I would like the $6+ charge returned to me!

    The first time I visited FedEx I was completely satisfied with the help. But when I went to ship my package a different day there was a lady who was completely short in her tone with me. She looked irritated to have to deal with customers and at my questions I was asking about the shipping process. This was my first time shipping a package but I wasn’t given any options on how I wanted to send my package, what options were best, if I wanted to add insurance. It was all made up for me and I was told, “prices change everyday” in a very rude way when I was deciding if I wanted to complete the transaction because of the shipping cost being double what I was thinking. I would have said this FedEx location was a 5 star rating but because of that lady letting her irritation of the day roll over into her customer experience it would bring my rating down to a 3.

    First staff member was as customer counter, but stated she was busy when I approached her. Served another customer 1 minute later. 2nd staff member moved 20+ boxes while customers waited in line

    Setting up the print job with Samantha was fine. However, I was not informed when my print job was finished, and on picking up my order, I was made to feel more like an inconvenience to the girl who retrieved my order than a valued customer.
