    I was offered 2 shipping options. 1 guaranteed $42 and 1 not guaranteed $11. Next day delivery did not happen. And I got charged $40 fees by the recipient. Please refund the $42 since it was not delivered on time.

    Terrific experience and great customer service. The lady who assisted me was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and her male co-worker and she clearly had a nice working relationship. I had made self-service copies first that I needed to add to some other items in the package. The copy machine was easy to figure out; I needed to copy old documents that were legal-sized. My only feedback is that there weren’t any of the smaller flat envelopes or cushioned packages where the selections of cardboard boxes were. But I bet those items have a habit of “walking off”. Perhaps display one of each on the wall behind that are marked “demo only” so no one will take them. While the precise dimensions of the options are listed on the signage, some of us who don’t regularly ship things prefer to visualize the actual volume. Again, this is a small thing and I’m sure an employee would’ve shown me the choices had I asked. Introverts hate asking when we can figure it out ourselves. 🙂

    This was one of the worst customer experiences i have had in a long time. T was gruff, combative and consistently rude. I arrived at 6:20 with a usb for a print job that did not need to be completed the same day. She treated me like a burden and was snappy. Eventually i said “you know i am not imposing on you, we do this every year and we have 40 minutes. “ . Instead of apologizing and adjusting she said “our closers have a list of things we have to do before 7”. The other staff eventually helped her. If there was a manager there nobody acted like one.

    The gal at FedEx that shipped my package did just fine. The problem was I shipped it overnight and it didn’t get there for three days.
