    The young lady who served us was amazing patient and excellent unfortunately there was only one person working in the office when she had to stop. She had to put us out and lock the door. After finally paying for and having our things shipped, we found out there was an additional $10 surcharge per item after we received our initial payment which I thought was robbery had we known there was going to be a $10 surcharge per item we would've gone to FedEx outside of the hotel. to be understaffed in a hotel of that magnitude during a convention where we would have to ship things was very poor planning.

    The attendant at the FedEx in St Louis at the Marriott Grand was very efficient in lieu of the fact that she was the only one on duty and able to effectively multitask with such a busy line of customers waiting to be served! She was excellent!!

    This is a commentary on Sireena W. I cannot speak to the quality of your printing services. What I experienced was Sireena patiently and courteously servicing multiple customers,troubleshooting a variety of our challenges, providing solutions, and saving the day at the end of the day. She did this with such a pleasant tone and warm spirit. She went above and beyond, true service, real servant-leadership. Sireena could clearly train all FedEx Office in-store managers and team members. That's how impressed by her I am! Congratulations to whoever hired her. On behalf of everybody in here, Sireena W. for the win!

    I was behind a group with a HUGE overseas shipment that was taking a long time. The rep could see I only had 3 boxes, so she stepped aside and handled my shipping, so I didn't have to continue to wait behind the large shipment. I didn't ask for special attention, she could just see that I'd been waiting a while and so she stepped in to help.
