    This is a commentary on Sireena W. I cannot speak to the quality of your printing services. What I experienced was Sireena patiently and courteously servicing multiple customers,troubleshooting a variety of our challenges, providing solutions, and saving the day at the end of the day. She did this with such a pleasant tone and warm spirit. She went above and beyond, true service, real servant-leadership. Sireena could clearly train all FedEx Office in-store managers and team members. That's how impressed by her I am! Congratulations to whoever hired her.     I was behind a group with a HUGE overseas shipment that was taking a long time. The rep could see I only had 3 boxes, so she stepped aside and handled my shipping, so I didn't have to continue to wait behind the large shipment. I didn't ask for special attention, she could just see that I'd been waiting a while and so she stepped in to help.

    I needed to print something for work, saw the FedEx store at my hotel, walked in and immediately someone gave me an email address to send the documents I needed to print. I was in a hurry a left, I came back an hour later (between conferences sessions) and my documents were ready for me. It was a relief during a stressful work trip.
