She had to put us out and lock the door. After finally paying for and having our things shipped, we found out there was an additional $10 surcharge per item after we received our initial payment which I thought was robbery had we known there was going to be a $10 surcharge per item we would've gone to FedEx outside of the hotel. to be understaffed in a hotel of that magnitude during a convention where we would have to ship things was very poor planning.
