It was late on Saturday about 20 minutes before close and I wish I could remember her name so you could let her know how awesome she is. She had glasses and piercings and a tattoo on her forearm. She deserves huge praise.

And even though I had my order request in writing they still spelled my name wrong, which caused a delay in finding it when I picked it up. They also tried to overcharge me for 400 hundred prints when I requested 200. I had to wait again several minutes for them to correct my total.

I wish I could remember the name of the associate because she was awesome and did a terrific job of giving me information and spitting me through the shipping process. Plus the cost to pack and ship was actually much less than I had anticipated. So I will be back with more items that I need to send off.
