    She was very helpful, cute, and made the process very easy and straightforward. She was a bright moment on a hectic weekend. It was late on Saturday about 20 minutes before close and I wish I could remember her name so you could let her know how awesome she is. She had glasses and piercings and a tattoo on her forearm. She deserves huge praise.

    I had to submit my order via email because the website and/or app wasn't offering what I needed. And even though I had my order request in writing they still spelled my name wrong, which caused a delay in finding it when I picked it up. They also tried to overcharge me for 400 hundred prints when I requested 200. I had to wait again several minutes for them to correct my total.

    My visit to the St Louis store on grand Avenue was amazing. I wish I could remember the name of the associate because she was awesome and did a terrific job of giving me information and spitting me through the shipping process. Plus the cost to pack and ship was actually much less than I had anticipated. So I will be back with more items that I need to send off.

    I felt the initial team member who helped me was not upfront about costs. When I came back to pick up my order I couldn't pay for it due to FedEx moving to a new system. I had to write down my credit card number for then to bill me later, but they didn't. They called me a few days later asking about payment. I explained what happened and they said they'd run my card. Then they called back and said I needed to come in person and pay. When I came in I couldn't do a split payment on the new system. Plus the order total was different than what I had originally been told. I will never have anything printed at FedEx Office again.
