It was almost 4pm before the employee came back from lunch. There was a big crowd outside waiting for them to unlock the door. I saw a few people come up and leave after waiting a while.

- Monday, April 14, 20252 out of 5Rating 2.0i paid $16 for saturday delivery, received an email that night the delivery would be delayed. the office said they could do nothing about a refund i had to file a claim online for the refund. the claims process was not that easy. turns out it was delivered on time anyway. what;s the deal? why did i get an email saying it was delayed? why did i have to go through the claims process ? erroneous email!

It was late on Saturday about 20 minutes before close and I wish I could remember her name so you could let her know how awesome she is. She had glasses and piercings and a tattoo on her forearm. And even though I had my order request in writing they still spelled my name wrong, which caused a delay in finding it when I picked it up. They also tried to overcharge me for 400 hundred prints when I requested 200. I had to wait again several minutes for them to correct my total.

I wish I could remember the name of the associate because she was awesome and did a terrific job of giving me information and spitting me through the shipping process. Plus the cost to pack and ship was actually much less than I had anticipated. So I will be back with more items that I need to send off.
