    I went there for a Canadian passport photo and Reyna knew what to do and was very helpful. I wanted to have a second set taken just to make sure so I went back over the weekend and the staff didn’t know how to do it. So I am hoping that when I go back again Reyna will be there to take the second set

    I had saved my project to my USB, to print in store. Because there was " no self serve photo printer", I had to pay much more and request help and have an expensive custom print job. The person was wonderful & did a lovely job. But I didn't plan on spending the extra $36. I needed 10 more after addressing my invitations, so I went to office depot, and got a dozen for $5. The whole order would have cost me $36 there & not $73. This is not the workers fault, but the company's.

    I sent an order over via email to have printed for me. Once I was in the store I realized on my receipt they charged me $17.50 for a "rush "order. When I asked the associate, Megan why this was on there, she stated because it was same-day printing. I told her I was upset and that that was never explained to me and asked to have it removed from my bill. In a very snippy way she stated that I could come back tomorrow and pick up my order if I wanted to avoid paying the $17.50. I asked for the managers name and she told me his name was Matt but he would tell me the same thing. I told her I would start taking my business to UPS going forward and she said well I guess you have to do what you have to do. I called corporate to complain and have yet to hear anything back. Exceptionally poor customer service.

    I was very nervous, as I just established my account today. I am shipping a letter to Germany, and I wanted to make sure it was correctly processed. I’m not very techy, so I was worried about the accuracy in a “do it yourself” project. With a little help from a supervisor, it all went very smoothly.
