Jason actually brought to my attention that I was using labels and boxes incorrectly and might cause issues with our business account in the long run.when I returned to work, I found that he was right, and we might unintentionally be spending more than we thought we were. My boss was over the moon at the find and we will streamline our shipping process from here on using Fedex the PROPER way. Jason was very well informed and kind and I will DEFINITELY be visiting this location much more in the future.
