I will always prefer dealing with the staff who can actually answer my questions and help me out. A machine sitting in the walkway is pretty annoying, but maybe for the Karen’s out there it’s great.

I called a couple of days ahead of time to ask if the store could provide a plastic bag as a covering and the young lady assured you did. As soon as I walked in, I mentioned the call and she was right there with the bag. I don't recall which lady it was but they were both so helpful and empathetic, kind and compassionate. I was so very pleased with the service. My daughter received her package as promised. I have been to this store a couple of times before and the service is always great. Thank you.
