Received a phone call the next day saying it is delayed in shipping. This was a very important shipment. It finally got there, not the next day so it was late. There was no offer of any kind of refund or adjusted pricing.

I had paid for it to be in port orange FL on Sat. 18th which was a 2 day delivery. At this time on Monday the 20th it has not reached Florida. So ues I'm very disappointed with you all's service.

The service you offered me was not delivered until, but I paid for the service.
