I had paid for it to be in port orange FL on Sat. 18th which was a 2 day delivery. At this time on Monday the 20th it has not reached Florida. So ues I'm very disappointed with you all's service.

I asked how much and they gave me 3 different times and prices. Th delivery was not delivered until the second day. I called and talked with someone and they said I could not get a refund. The service you offered me was not delivered until, but I paid for the service.

We have been given 3 delivery time options and among all of these we selected 10am and paid extra charges. But the parcel was delivered very late. What’s the point or benefit of choosing delivery time and paying more money?
