Naquee must have sensed that I felt a little lost as I hunted for a fax machine. He approached me and offered to assist me. He taught me how to send a fax and was such a great teacher that I will know how to do it myself in the future. He was so kind!!!

Team member Nita suggested the rolled-up topper could fit in a golf bag box which was smaller than the box I was using and would cost less to ship. It did fit and even with the cost of buying the golf bag box, I saved around three hundred dollars in shipping costs. And now that I know about the golf boxes, I will save money every time I need to do this. Nita was tremendously helpful and very kind. She went above and beyond the call of duty and I cannot thank her enough!

She noticed I was frustrated with what I was doing and quickly came over to assist me. I'm glad she could see how angry I was and quickly reprinted what I had messed up. She had a very calming patient way about her and I'm so grateful she was working. I would not of know what I would of done without her!!!
