    I looked online for competitors in terms of quality and prices. FedEx Kinkos was not the cheapest, but the overall printing quality was really high and more importantly, Brett helped me troubleshoot some important parts of the order. He went above and beyond to work with me on what I needed and stay in my budget. I would highly recommend this store to others.

    It cost me $3 to print one page bc of a same-day fee of $2.50. Ridiculous. I had no idea that would be the case. I also never received any notice that my order was ready.

    The 2 people working at the store were extremely nice. The computer system apparently failed to do what they were asking of it. I mailed a 30 lb. carton and it took me 30 minutes. It was a good thing that business was slow or there would have been alot of angry customers.

    As a graphic designer in the wedding industry, we had a large last minute signage job for a wedding reception consisting of 3 large signs and smaller cards for various purposes and areas of the reception itself. This FedEx team did an outstanding job with communication and on-time production. We truly appreciated their kindness and patience, as well.

    Was wonderful! She even helped me realize that what I was asking for was going to cost a lot of extra money beyond the original quote so that I wasn’t blindsided by significant extra charge, so that I could resize and resend the files for the original price quote. I was surprised and very thankful for this very thoughtful customer service!!

    These were some of the most pleasant customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Toka who helped me in the morning and whom I had a little more interaction with was one of the most helpful people, solved with ease and grace all problems I brought up. Truly stellar. I had to come back later only because I wanted to confirm with employer whether ok to use the company account. Eli was also great—smiling, efficient, sensible—made it easy. Please recognize both of them in any way you can—they both made my day!
