    Was wonderful! She even helped me realize that what I was asking for was going to cost a lot of extra money beyond the original quote so that I wasn’t blindsided by significant extra charge, so that I could resize and resend the files for the original price quote. I was surprised and very thankful for this very thoughtful customer service!!

    These were some of the most pleasant customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Toka who helped me in the morning and whom I had a little more interaction with was one of the most helpful people, solved with ease and grace all problems I brought up. Truly stellar. I had to come back later only because I wanted to confirm with employer whether ok to use the company account. Eli was also great—smiling, efficient, sensible—made it easy. Please recognize both of them in any way you can—they both made my day!
