    Very unprofessional. When I placed the order in store I was told I would receive 30% off of the total price. When I came in two days later, I was told by Kareem that promotion had ended the day before and there was nothing he could do about it. After going back and forth he said he could only give me 20% off but I was told incorrectly by the store manager I would receive 30% off and she was not there the day I picked the order up. When I left the store I contacted the 800 number for FedEx and was told there was nothing they could do that it was ultimately up to the store manager. Never have I heard of this type of customer service. I will never utilize FedEx again.

    Front desk was poorly staffed. The one employee was juggling two customers and made several errors in the meantime.

    I walked in and stated I was in a hurry, she seemed to understand, but continued to multi task while she was helping me print, causing it to take a lot longer. The print price was also WAY more than I expected it to be, as a teacher who needs things printed often and in color, this is not feasible. FedEx should provide discounts for teachers. Employees should also be mindful when a customer says they are in a hurry, and not complete other tasks until they are finished helping the customer.

    It’s 7 pm and he is by himself busy running across counters to help people inline while remaining courteous and professional. Very efficient to help us weigh, label and ship three big boxes. Appreciate his help and kind of altered my old view on FedEx office. Thanks so much!

    The staff helped me with the shipment but appeared as though doing so was a bother. I needed help with printing and they simply pointed to a machine among several across the room as though I should know what to do to print. In the end, I actually didn’t even need to email anything from the machine to the staff. When I entered the store, I told the staff I had two boxes to send as part of a single shipment. Because they failed to listen, they made a mistake and had to recreate shipping labels which took longer. If I would have just been listened to by the staff, my visit to the store could have been briefer and more pleasant.

    Stephanie was fabulous. She and Kareem answered my questions on the two visits I made. She actually assisted when I was ready to order and did an amazing job with my projects! They both went above and beyond and I am grateful! As long as they are at this location, you have a customer for life!

    I work with a community singing group. Fedex does our posters/programs. Altho small ticket stuff, your staff went out of their way to help an ol' guy who is afraid of the self-service copier. They worked with me until we produced what I wanted. Friendly, efficient, helpful -- top notch!
