I told him that i was declaring my items were worth 500$, he only declared 300$. I was sending Christmas presents to my grandchildren and they still had price tags on them, i asked the sales associate could i use his scissors to cut the tags off, he said he was not allowed to do that. I asked him if he could cut the tags off for me, he said he could not do that. Once all my items were packed in the box, i realized i needed to tape the box, i asked the sales associate if i could use his tape gun, he said no, i asked him if he could tape the box for me he said no. This particular fedex location is located in a Walmart shopping center. I went to the Walmart customer service counter and asked them if i could use a pair of scissors and their tape gun, they allowed me to use it without any issue. Ive been a consistent customer with fedex for years and i can say I've NEVER had such a distasteful experience in all the years like the experience i had today 12/19/23. This was the worst experience ive ever had.
