    Attempted to create a shipping label online. Credit card did not go through; tried another card - also did not go through. So I got out of the website and 10 minutes later got a text (from my Credit Card company) that my credit card did go through. At that point I was already out of the site and could not go back to print my shipping label. Fearing that my card had been charged and I couldn't create a label, I went to the Fedex store. The lady there was extremely helpful; told me that card wouldn't be charged until package was logged into Fedex system. She then proceeded to try to help me recreate the label - it took her 4 times to re-enter my data due to system issues at Fedex. She was extremely helpful - I do not have a complaint about her; but what should have taken me about 10 minutes to create a label and then a simple dropoff at the Fedex store, ended up taking me about 30 minutes and some anxiety about how many times my card may have been charged.

    The final product was really good except they didn't fold it as requested. I didn't feel like the staff really cared about my business. I got no written quote. I felt like I should've been contacted when the job was completed. I didn't find out about not being able to fold the letters until I picked up my order. I asked for a receipt but never got it then forgot and left without it. I sent an email request for the receipt but got no response so I had to go to the store to pick it up because it didn't seem possible to call the location. The guy that handled the majority of my order was knowledgeable but arrogant.

    I never can keep up with the post office ever changing rules and prices. FedEx was a great experience, just hand it over asking to send it the best way. Voila! Finished.

    There was a person in front of me who was raining a long time and the lady behind the counter immediately got someone else to help me. That person was very helpful and made shipping everything very easy and straightforward, plus helped me with packaging.

    The team member that was helping me had a horrible attitude for the day, rude and of little value that dimension put me in a box. It was much bigger than it was required, but I didn't feel like challenging or giving her attitude was so terrible. It wasn't worth the debate.

    Only thing I see where it could be a better job as if the customer service agents would give more explanation on the different products that can be printed and the different types of styles of business cars. My business card was rather cheap and flimsy while I was looking for something a little bit more heavy duty, but besides that everything else was
