    I needed to ship a package to Italy and expected that you, as shipping experts, would be able to advise what documentation, etc. was needed. The agent assisting me was unable to offer any advice at all on the formatting of the address. (I had an address that he said 'would not fit' in the spaces available - that one line 'had too many characters'.) The assistant manager also said you can't/won't provide guidance on how to format an address?? I sent some over-the-counter medicines and here again specifically asked if this was permitted. The agent researched and said 'only medicines with Stevia are not allowed', but no other comments or guidance on additional paperwork etc. I checked tracking today and see a Shipping Exception due to missing or incomplete paperwork. I called the Int'l customer service number and the first rep told me she could not see what info was missing, could not contact anyone in Italy to find out what was missing, and suggested that I tell the recipient to go to a Fedex location in Italy to get them to open a case and answer what documentation is missing. When I expressed frustration that no one at the store had advised me of these issues, the customer service agent said, "I know it's really hard to mail things internationally". What??? AREN'T YOU A SHIPPING COMPANY??? It would have been super helpful for someone to point this out to me BEFORE I paid well over $200 to ship a 1.5 lb box. That agent gave me a number for Fedex Customer Service in Italy, but since I don't speak Italian and couldn't even interpret the automated phone system, this was useless. She would not make a call on my behalf and could not even give me the address of a Fedex site in Venice. After trying unsuccessfully to call the Italy number, I called back to Customer Service here and spoke with another agent who opened a case for me and said he would contact someone at Fedex in Italy on my behalf. (Unclear why the first phone agent was unable to do this...) I also now see that the agent at the store failed to include a country code when he entered the recipient's phone number, so no one could even reach out to her. Overall I feel as though I was failed spectacularly by both the store personnel, as well as by the first phone rep who offered zero help in resolving my problem. She blamed Italy CBP and had no answers at all for what I need to do to get my package out of customs. A huge (and very expensive) fail.

    I WAS GREETED BY JAMARK WITHIN THREE MINUTES OF ENTERING THE STORE - I TOLD HIM WHAT I needed -- He sent E-mails from my phone to his printer -- I TOLD HIM HOW MANY COPIES THAT I needed -- He printed my copies -- he was very helpful and professional ! I had a very pleasant experience getting my printing needs completed !

    From the moment I walked in I was taken care of with such friendly and helpful associates. Kamau and Emilio assisted me with a box and helping me repack my shipment. They both were so friendly and truly made me feel valued as a customer. Kamau took the time to find me a better shipping price. Some associates just give you the most expensive price without trying to find a better value for their customers.

    Jay always executes flawlessly and efficiently. I can go to him with any shipping concern and he’ll figure it out. He can answer any question, and he goes above and beyond by doing extra things like trying to help the customer find the optimal shipping plan. A true professional and a pleasure to deal with every time. Can always count on him.

    They always go above and beyond with their service. I have a been to a few fedex places and this one always comes up top! The way they greet you when you walk in the store, and then the service is amazing. I had to change some details on the documents I wanted to print, and Jenifer was more than helpful on making those changes. Other fedex locations won’t do this for me. Also, Jenifer helped me with getting my documents in different sizes. I needed for them to be specific to what my customer was asking, and Jenifer did exactly that. This is my go-to store! Thanks for the great service!
