    I may have the young man’s name incorrect, the manager can advise. This was the best customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time. It started with a phone call, the young man was well versed and informed me of exactly what I needed to do. It didn’t stop there, not only was the order completed earlier than expected he gave me a courtesy call to let me know it was ready for pick up. When I went in there was a well informed woman (manager) that assisted me expeditiously while engaging me in amazing conversation. I was in and out in no time. I’ll definitely be making this location my home store for all print needs. The entire staff was amazing across the board, very refreshing. They all should be acknowledged customer service has taken a hit in all industries and customer facing roles can be quite challenging but this experience gives me hope. Thanks to the staff for their expert assistance.
