    I requested X posters to be printed. When they were ready to be picked up on campus, only X-2 were done. Additionally, the posters were printed onto foamcore which is more expensive and was not requested. The prices for printing were very expensive.

    Guy seemed to have an attitude. Like he did not want to be there. Wasn’t a pleasant experience. Had dreads but i do not remember his name.

    I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who took my order, but both young men I spoke to in the office were extremely polite and helpful. Customer service was excellent. Made the process very easy for me.

    The store and Justice were great. Your website in a word ***. I prepared the shipment but could not add insurance so had to take it in to add it. Justice explained that he had no way to add insurance and that he would have to create a whole new shipment for both packages. He did so expeditiously and was great. Your processes both on the website and in the office was very poor. My dissatisfaction was all on the FedEx company processes. Both Justice and myself had to compensate for the failings of the FedEx company.

    IMostly negative experience. I walked in, no one at the counters. A man said he would help me in a second. A woman walked in and he then turned and helped her for at least five minutes. Did not acknowledge me at all. She may have already been there, not sure. Other employees milled about behind the counter while I waited. Then a woman customer came to the counter and someone helped her. Maybe I wasn’t standing in the right place? I waited a few more minutes. Finally a man asked me if I needed help. I said I had flyers I’d ordered and needed to pick up. He looked for a minute and then a woman walked up to the counter and he then went and helped her! Didn’t say a word to me. At that point, I was really shocked caught between anger and laughter. Honestly, some of the worst service I’ve ever had. Finally, a woman (possibly manager) asked for my name again. I told her and she pointed out my order to another employee. That person then helped me. They were kind and friendly. But I was in a foul mood by then. I should add also that this was already several days after they were supposed to be done and I had to go to a different FedEx from the one I ordered the flyers. The flyers themselves looked good, but it wasn’t a demanding job. Probably just an off day and not a huge deal but if you’re asking for feedback, here you go! Don’t contact me. Just get it right so the next time things are better for everyone!

    I really appreciate the lady that helped me because I need program for my 22 year old brother that passed in a car accident and she was so helpful and empathetic with me. I drop a few tears and apologize and she reassured me it’s okay.
