We found out there was a FedEx in the hotel and went there wondering what we could possibly have made for us before the conference started the next day. Caila and Amber helped us get a 36"x72" banner printed and ready for us by 7:30am the next day. The quality of the banner was superb and was a huge hit at the conference. We were blown away by the quality and speed of the service we received. Caila and Amber even helped us ship the banner on to the next conference. Incredible experience.

They both were so pleasant and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that our group had everything we could possibly need for a successful event. This office and these employees in particular are an enormous asset to FedEx. On a personal level, I will now travel out of my way to pass by a UPS store just to reach FedEx, simply because of the service Amber and Kat provided. Exceptional on every level. If there is an internal employee rewards system, they are deserving of the top prize. 100% fabulous service.
