    My girlfriend is in Canada currently for a while and I was shipping her a laptop so she could work remotely while there. I took it in, purchased a box for it, and began the shipping process. I told them it was going to her in Ontario. We begin the process and get through it until receiving address which I gave. Then they said, "Ah you should have told me it was going to Canada." Even though I thought Ontario was enough of a clue. Either way, miscommunication, we move on. We get to the end, ask for my drivers license which is from Mississippi. I ask, "Is there anything else I need to do for this?" I was told no, I'm good to go. A few days later, I get an update saying it was return to sender because of improper paperwork. Said I was missing commercial paperwork. I don't know why commercial paperwork is needed when it isn't a business to business export. It's going to my Mississippi address which is fine, but we tried to reroute it and even pay to expedite it and have it there by Tuesday or Wednesday, since Monday is a holiday. I was willing to do whatever paperwork. I get on the phone with customer service and the lady was very nice but unfortunately, I just couldn't pick out much of what she was saying due to an accent. Probably didn't matter as I did understand when she said we just have to wait till it gets there and ship it again because an address was already changed on it? But I never changed an address to begin with. I just feel very let down because I specifically asked what I needed to do and have for this shipment and was told I already had everything and now, there's trouble and delays. So it's frustrating. Especially since we already paid to ship it and now will have to pay not only again, but much much more due to needing it expedited now.

    Went in to have 100 copies made. Asked how long it would take. Was told we can do it right now. Failed to tell me there was an additional charge to have it done right then. I had to tell them I would have to come back the next day to pick it up because I was not going to pay extra. Clerk at first acted like it was a common charge until I asked to see the manager. I had to make 2 trips and argue with him!

    Team member (older woman) had a difficult time processing three boxes (same address) to South Korea. At first she told me the buyer's account # was not correct & she could NOT process this order. Then she switched computers & finally was able to process. When I questioned some of the info she gave me (no box could be insured for more than $500, correct address info, etc) she became very offended & said she did not appreciate my questions. I have been sending packages (of books) to this customer in South Korea & have never had such a difficult experience.
