Once she and I got started everything is going smoothly. Another customer had a concern about their order not being processed correctly. So Katie needed to step outside and help her. She was very apologetic that she needed to step away from helping me, but that didn’t change her attitude towards the customer who was not happy for myself. Her grace under fire was fantastic and it is to be commended.
