    I am so sorry that I do not remember the guy’s name who helped us. I can only describe him. He’s a colored guy with dreads in his head. He was a joy of helping us with some business cards.

    The experience at the store in Greensboro was amazing. The team member was very helpful. The experience with the team member in Warner Robins, GA was horrible. It took two extra days for the package to get to the intended person and the communication about what needed to be done was less than desirable. The team member at 2720 Watson Blvd was extremely rude and dismissive. I received more helpful information from the automated system at the 1800 number.
