The experience with the team member in Warner Robins, GA was horrible. It took two extra days for the package to get to the intended person and the communication about what needed to be done was less than desirable. The team member at 2720 Watson Blvd was extremely rude and dismissive. I received more helpful information from the automated system at the 1800 number.
