He listened to what I needed, carefully and cleanly hole punched the laminated documents I brought, then walked with me to the place to pick out the rings, then helped me put the ring on. He provided excellent customer service that far exceeded the $1.50 I paid for the ring. He did a great job with the pickup and was ready to do the other project with enthusiasm. He was quick to assist, polite and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure if the project could be done and was pleasantly surprised it was so easy.
