Nothing was done to protect the products, no bubble wrap or even a piece of paper to prevent the frames from scratching one another. It was a gift for my dad, and it’s heartbreaking seeing him open it like this.

Very unsatisfactory delivery and the person who delivered it HAD to have seen it. I had trouble with a delivery to SC before. Florida and Georgia okay in the past but will not use FedEx for SC again.

- Saturday, December 7, 20242 out of 5Rating 2.0I use FedEx regularly for package delivery but was taken aback when I was told the least expensive way to ship a small light box from Raleigh NC to Waukegan IL was $22. When I asked the employee why so expensive, she said “I don’t know, we have noticed in the last week that the prices have gone up.” She then said “can you fit it into one of our flat boxes?” I said no because my item was square. Conversation silent after that as I paid. This was not a rush package and I felt $22 was excessive for this transaction. If I hadn’t been in a hurry I would have taken my business to UPS or USPS. I believe it was Dec 3rd, not the week before Christmas when I expect to pay more.

I was fearful that I would not be able to print my work correctly and that it could be done in time. Sam was THE MOST helpful team member I have ever had assist me at FedEx or in the industry. He offered help beyond what I could have expected from an employee.

Each job was done beautifully, on time, and far exceeded our expectations. But that’s not the best part! The level of care and customer service from both Terrell and Tinah was the absolute best. Honestly felt like working with good friends/family as they were both so helpful, fun, and clearly the best at what they do. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!
