I gave the benefit of the doubt the first time, but after the second time its clearly a misstep at this store. They also also say they will call when it is complete and NEVER do. I had to waste additional time waiting on them to correct my order that we discussed via email and phone. I am a business owner and have now taken my business to UPS. I know I am just one customer but other business leaders in the area have had this same issue.

- Friday, September 12, 20255 out of 5Rating 5.0I should have listened to the FedEx worker who suggested I call Amazon or someone I trust about my return shipment. I kept Amazon involved and informed about how the seller refused to cancel the order before it was shipped. So starting on 8/27 and continuing thru the day I returned the item to the seller who had created one obstacle after the other to prove I could not return it. The final straw for me was that rather send me a label that would make me pay the shipping. I don’t have a FedEx Commercial account. The item cost $62.05 which Amazon had already put back on my credit card. So this had become so personal that I decided that I would win no matter the cost because Amazon had instructed me to try and return the item if I could. When I found out that I was going to pay $232.37 to return the item. I should have said OK you win I can’t return it! But it had become so personal that I couldn’t live with the thought that they would win. All common sense was gone. I just wanted to win.But I already had Amazon had returned my money and they have a policy I learned about too late. If the return shipping fees are more than the item cost you can keep it for free. I asked for a partial refund, but they refused at FedEx Kinko’s. I’m never using FedEx again. I’m going with UPS from now on.
