    Everytime I order something they call me to confirm the order and mess it up. I gave the benefit of the doubt the first time, but after the second time its clearly a misstep at this store. They also also say they will call when it is complete and NEVER do. I had to waste additional time waiting on them to correct my order that we discussed via email and phone. I am a business owner and have now taken my business to UPS. I know I am just one customer but other business leaders in the area have had this same issue.

    I should have listened to the FedEx worker who suggested I call Amazon or someone I trust about my return shipment. I kept Amazon involved and informed about how the seller refused to cancel the order before it was shipped. So starting on 8/27 and continuing thru the day I returned the item to the seller who had created one obstacle after the other to prove I could not return it. The final straw for me was that rather send me a label that would make me pay the shipping. I don’t have a FedEx Commercial account. The item cost $62.05 which Amazon had already put back on my credit card. So this had become so personal that I decided that I would win no matter the cost because Amazon had instructed me to try and return the item if I could. When I found out that I was going to pay $232.37 to return the item. I should have said OK you win I can’t return it! But it had become so personal that I couldn’t live with the thought that they would win. All common sense was gone. I just wanted to win.But I already had Amazon had returned my money and they have a policy I learned about too late. If the return shipping fees are more than the item cost you can keep it for free.     The store is fine. The overnight completely failed us. We paid $70 for an overnight delivery and it didn’t get there until 2 days later. I asked for a partial refund, but they refused at FedEx Kinko’s. I’m never using FedEx again. I’m going with UPS from now on.
