    I believe it was the store supervisor who handled my FedEx. She was very profession offered me an excellent and general I was impressed. I also got the impression that her store help liked working with her as I did not detect the usual tension between hourly paid help and the supervisor. In the future I am considering moving moving the copy business from Staples to this shop.

    Team is consistently rude. Do not seem happy working there. Can’t do this. Can’t do that. Blames HQ for everything. Furthermore, my overnight package, Saturday delivery that I paid dearly for never arrived until the following Monday.For my daughter who was getting deployed to the Middle East! It was urgent she receive it on time as scheduled. She did not.

    The person (she seemed to be the supervisor) who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly, making it a very positive experience. The only constructive feedback I have is related to your system - when I tried scanning the bar code on the receipt, it came back invalid. I eventually (next day perhaps)received an email with shipping status, so it wasn't a big problem.

    I think that charging 5 dollars per hundred for insurance is *** highway robbery. I will be looking elsewhere for my shipping needs

    I had stopped in 3 days prior to shipping a valuable item. On the first visit, I was given very detailed information on costs/how to insure etc. When I went back to ship, a manager helped me; price was different, and my item was not insured to its value as first associate told me. It was unsettling to have been given two different sets of info. I did confirm on the website that FedEx does not insure jewelry over a certain amount. However, 5 years ago I overnight shipped an engagement ring which was fully insured.
