    Store personnel were great. Dropped golf bag of Sunday 1pm. Shipped 2 day and clubs get delivered TH between 1-3pm🙆‍♂️ The price was also not reasonable. I would not ship my clubs w Fed Ex again.

    I was pretty disappointed with the level of service provided by this particular branch. I called ahead to get a better idea of what to expect with the printing job I was asking for. Off the bat, the person on the other line (Marck) was a little confrontational: "well, regardless of what you decide, your going to be charged with same day printing". Going into the conversation, I was aware that there was going to be a premium for same-day. Most places have that in place. I was running low on materials, unexpectedly, and needed to print more. When I arrived, another person, who was not much kinder, took my order. Instead of charging me around $17 additionally, which is what Marck had quoted me, he charged me double. Given that I needed the job to be done, I accepted it. The gent that was helping me said, "well, you didn't even provide us instructions in the email, so we don't know what to do", to which I replied, "thank you. I am aware of that. I was hoping to explain what I needed in person". Overall, these two gents should find a different role at the org since customer service is not their strong suit.

    I was in a bit of a rush to get my stuff printed and had a little problem with my email going through. Sarah was very helpful and was able to get it printed and laminated quickly.

    Ty his is not a store I frequent often. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. Jeff helped me with an international shipment. He was very attentive and answered all my questions. It’s nice to see great customer service these days. Thank you Jeff- keep doing a great job, it Is appreciated!!

    After standing in line a sort time waiting for assistance I was passed over by EM as she decided to help someone that was not next in line. I did address EM as she walked passed me and her response was a hand motion as he walked by. A few moments later Jeff finished up with what he was doing and set out to take my business. Jeff was excellent when taking my order for packaging up the item that I needed to have shipped. He was very professional. I did feel EM just blew me off and was quite dismissive when I confronted her as she walked by me.

    Steve (Store Manager) is the Glue that makes this store so successful. He is always helpful and gives excellent input to come up with the best solutions to meet your needs. He is also great at helping his team- reassuring them, explaining and helping them whenever needed (with the utmost patience). FedEx is lucky to have such a dedicated employee that cares so much about his customers and his team. They should clone him and put one of him in every store. It truly is a delight to work with Steve. He has won my business on customer service alone. Nice Job Steve. Keep doing the amazing job that you do daily.

    The staff said hello and asked if I need any assistance with my shipping. They showed me where the computers were and asked again if there was anything they could help with. Excellent customer service.
